This Privacy Policy describes how Phoenix Milcham, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with your use of Drawtronic at drawtronic.com. We are committed to transparency about what data is and is not collected when you use our Service.

• Your name, address, or personal identification information.
• Payment information of any kind. All payments are processed entirely by Gumroad.
• Browsing history or behavioral analytics beyond what is described below.
• Location data.
• Device identifiers or fingerprinting data.

When you enter a license key, our backend validates it against the Gumroad API. The validation result including whether the key is valid, the associated email address from your Gumroad purchase, and a timestamp is cached on our server for up to 24 hours. This cache is stored on our Railway hosting infrastructure and is not shared with third parties.

Our hosting provider, Railway, automatically generates server logs that may include your IP address, request timestamps, and endpoint paths accessed. These logs are used for operational purposes such as diagnosing errors and detecting abuse. Log retention is governed by Railway's own data retention policies.

The dashboard stores your license key locally in your browser's localStorage to keep you logged in across sessions. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or using the sign-out option in the dashboard.

Purchases are processed by Gumroad, Inc. When you purchase a license, Gumroad collects your payment information and email address in accordance with their own privacy policy. We receive only your email address from Gumroad as part of the license key process. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

Drawtronic does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our hosting infrastructure may set technically necessary cookies for session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Drawtronic does not display advertising and does not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers. We do not participate in ad networks or behavioral targeting programs.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as follows:

• Gumroad receives and processes your payment and issues your license key.
• Railway, our hosting provider, processes server requests and may retain server logs per their own policies.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information we store, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) between your browser and our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, contact us at the address below. Because we collect minimal personal information, most requests can be fulfilled by clearing your browser's local storage and ceasing use of the Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will update the effective date when we do. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Phoenix Milcham, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of Drawtronic at drawtronic.com ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Drawtronic is an entertainment and informational tool that analyzes historical lottery draw data for Powerball and Mega Millions. The Service uses pattern analysis, ensemble scoring, and statistical methods to surface historical frequency patterns and ranked number combinations.

The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only. It does not predict future lottery outcomes, guarantee any results, or constitute gambling advice. Lottery draws are conducted using random number selection methods, and no analysis of historical data can predict or influence future draws.

Nothing on this Service constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to purchase lottery tickets. The Company makes no representation that use of the Service will improve your chances of winning any lottery. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Lottery outcomes are determined by random processes that are not influenced by historical patterns.
• Past draw results have no predictive value for future draw results.
• Any decision to purchase lottery tickets is made solely at your own discretion and risk.
• The Company is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of purchasing lottery tickets.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Use of the Service may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

The Service offers a limited free preview providing access to a subset of analysis features for Powerball only. The free preview is provided as-is with no warranty of any kind.

Full access requires a one-time purchase of a license key through Gumroad. Upon purchase, Phoenix Milcham, LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your license key must not be shared, sold, or transferred to any other person.

• Scraping, copying, or redistributing analysis data or output for commercial purposes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying analysis methodology or engine.
• Using automated tools to access the Service at a rate exceeding normal human interaction.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing your access to the Service.

All content, features, analysis methodology, software, and intellectual property comprising the Service are owned by Phoenix Milcham, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Drawtronic name, logo, and product design are the property of Phoenix Milcham, LLC.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHOENIX MILCHAM, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE.

All purchases are processed through Gumroad. Refund requests are handled at the Company's sole discretion. Contact us within 30 days of purchase if you believe you are entitled to a refund. Approved refunds result in deactivation of your license key.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mississippi.
